Return & Exchange Window
• Returns and exchanges can be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A valid Order ID is required for all requests.
• Requests submitted after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To make the process faster and smoother, GlamZei offers a fully automated return and exchange system.
Step 1
Click on the Return/Exchange Portal link provided on our website. https://glamzei.clickpost.in/en/returns
Step 2
Enter your:
• Order Number
• Registered Mobile Number.
Step 3
Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
Step 4
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address (where serviceable).

Please note that return and exchange approvals are processed through our automated system only. Our support team can assist with guidance, but requests cannot be manually approved over phone calls or WhatsApp.
Exchanges (Size / Color Change)
• Exchange facility is available for eligible products.
• A nominal logistics fee of ₹150 applies per exchange request.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
• Replacement products are dispatched after successful pickup of the original item.
• The expected delivery timeline for exchanged products is approximately 7–8 working days after pickup.
• Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
• Only one exchange is allowed per item.
Returns & Refunds
Full-Price Products
Eligible products purchased at regular price can be returned within 10 days, subject to quality inspection and approval.
Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, coupon discounts, clearance events, or special campaigns are eligible for return in the form of Store Credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided for sale or discounted orders.
Store Credit Benefits
• Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
• Can be used on any product across the GlamZei website.
• Can be redeemed partially or fully.
• Provides complete flexibility to shop at your convenience.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges, convenience fees, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer after collecting bank account details.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
• Reverse pickup is available for most serviceable pincodes.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
• Self-shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
• Shipping charges incurred while self-shipping are non-refundable unless approved by GlamZei in exceptional cases.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear images of the product.
• Share an unboxing video whenever possible.
• Keep all original packaging and tags intact.
Our team will prioritise such cases and work towards the quickest possible resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Gift Cards • Products marked as Final Sale.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, perfume, stains, or alterations.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers may initiate a return or exchange after delivery if eligible under this policy.
