We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. Items purchased from GlamZei are eligible for a free return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition, with original tags and the packaging bag intact.

Post 7 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange/return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you can raise an exchange request from our website. Graphic tees is non returnable & non exchangeable

We are not offering refunds on any items which are on SALE however we would be happy to Exchange. 

  • Any orders which is on SALE are only one time replaceable at a fee of Rs.99
  • Free Gifts / promotional items are not returnable !
  • If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 are 100% refundable

  • The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. 

   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Whatsapp on +91-8320885995 with details of the product and its damage within 2 days of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
  • If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
