10 Days Free & Easy Returns
At GlamZei, we design every piece to make you feel confident, comfortable and beautiful. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right, simple and stress-free.
10-Day Easy Returns
• We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be intact
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required
• Returns requested after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted
Exchanges (Size / Color Change)
• Exchange is available for eligible products
• A nominal exchange shipping fee of ₹150 applies
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable
• Tracking details will be shared once dispatched
Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices (exchange only).
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
• Email us at orders@glamzei.com
• Mention your Order ID
• Provide reason for return/exchange
• Share clear images if damaged or incorrect product received
• Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
• Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable pincodes
• If unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
• Return shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images and unboxing video (if available)
• Our team will prioritise resolution
Refunds
• Refund initiated after inspection of returned item
• Refund processed to original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• COD refunds processed via bank transfer after collecting details
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
